Snuptoo provides access to social networking, publishing, and community tools designed to promote freedom of expression and digital independence. While most features of Snuptoo are free, certain premium or paid services (such as ads, verified badges, author promotions, or storage upgrades) may be offered from time to time.
All payments made for Snuptoo services are final unless otherwise stated. Because digital services are delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not issue refunds once an order is completed.
However, we believe in fairness and transparency. If a transaction was made in error, duplicated, or the purchased service was not delivered as described, you may request a review as outlined below.
A partial or full refund may be considered if:
A payment was processed more than once (duplicate charge).
A purchased service was not activated or failed to deliver.
The user was charged for a feature that was canceled prior to use.
Refunds are not available for:
Account removals due to policy violations.
Change of mind or voluntary cancellations.
Any digital content or visibility boost already delivered.

We will review your request within 7 business days and respond via email. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
If you purchased a Snuptoo service through a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store, or Stripe partner), refunds must be requested directly from that provider according to their policies.
Snuptoo reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. The current version will always be available at Snuptoo.online/legal/refund. Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
